1. Bio-Machanic technology.
2.The people who lost hand can have a new hand. The  machanic hand can do what a real hand can. The people who born without hand can have a machanic hand and do like what other can do.

Start: He take about a imaging story to make the audience attention. He had ready and I think he practice it before the show.
Signposting:His transitions are good. He connect many things together and give the audience a lot information and he make people easy understand.
Structure: He focus on the main idea, and he made a great hook.
Delivery: He talk clean, slowly and smooth, and he didn't stand in font of the projector. He also speak loud and make the audience focus on the main idea.
Visual aids: His movement and his hand move make people more understand. He not stand at the projector, this give the audience more visual. He also pull out books...to give audience more easy visual. He also compare the community rise with the technology rise. This really good.
The end: He have a strong speech and his voice go louder in the main point.
